When we found him, Jan thought he looked too boney but I thought he looked ok — a little skinny but not too emaciated. The amazing part of the story is that he lived without water for 5-6 weeks — he must have found a water source, or eaten lots of watery mice! Not to worry, he’s managed to put back all the weight, and maybe even a bit extra. (hmmm…that seems like a familiar story for dieters…) Romeo was a small cat to begin with (not fat), and he did lose a couple of pounds.
